The thing I like the most about the Piano System is the fact that it is more "hands on" than my local Piano teacher. I can have 2 or 3 lessons per week if I like, depending on my time schedule. I like being able to review at will.

The highlight of my experience was learning the Circle of 5th's. It was fun learning the number of sharps and flats within a certain Key. Nate made it so easy to understand. I never had it explained in this way before.

So far I am amazing myself by being able to figure out my own chord progressions. I love learning what makes music different styles and what gives it that "particular sound".

The biggest improvement I have noticed is just understanding the theory, not so much the note values, but from a musical/melodic structure. I can read note values as I taught drums for several years and its nice to be able to understand another instrument.

The fact that my 7 years old daughter got interested when seeing me playing and she has now started to study by herself. (I'm so proud!!!)

I started to "read" music for the first time in my life. My speed has improved mainly because my fingering is now correct.

I like the fact that it shows from multiple angles, and also the "blue" keys are very useful. Also it is very useful that you explain it step-by-step and sometimes even repeated some things which was very good, because not all the times I can pay full attention :D

I couldn't say I have a favorite lesson, because I realized that I cannot play a complex instrument like the piano having favorite parts. :)

Since I am a beginner, I was focused mainly at my right hand. These lessons made me distribute my attention to my left hand also.

"I really want to thank Nate Bosch for making a long awaited dream of mine finally a reality: actually being able to play and enjoy the piano!!!"

What I most liked about the Piano system was the "easy to follow" way that Nate Bosch presented material which usually seems more complicated with other piano lessons I tried. Finally, I have found a way to actually play piano-with both hands-thanks to Nate Bosch's clear way of explaining and showing how a piano is actually played.

I really liked the simple way that all was explained, and how Nate showed everything in detail ("hands on"), of whatever he was talking about. I really liked the lessons on triads and on chords.

The Piano System has improved my overall understanding of the piano as an instrument. Hence, my playing the piano is finally becoming a reality for me! I am actually able to play the piano with both hands and can figure out songs easily! I really want to thank Nate Bosch for making a long awaited dream of mine finally a reality: actually being able to play and enjoy the piano!!!

I have to say that as soon as I opened the box I was amazed at how good the product looked. Likewise watching the DVD's, I continue to be dazzled by the use of technology in the presentation of all the material.

Well, I'm still going through the lessons but my favorite so far would have to be Amazing Grace. This is an all time favorite that is always lovely to play.

I also have a personal piano teacher and she has commented many times on how good I have become with the use of chords and scales. My sight reading and learning new material has become a lot easier smoother too especially where sharps and flats are used, I'm sure this is a side effect of playing scales as shown by Nate.

The thing that I like most about the Piano System is the well thought out teaching... workbook then DVD that shows exactly what the workbook will guide you through. The DVD also shows me that I can do my own interpretation of the song (still using the foundational chord groups) as long as I understand the basics of my foundational music theory.

Going through the DVD and workbook really emphasizes that a song has a pattern and that it usually consists of maybe 3 chord progressions and a few transitional chords to move you back to the main pattern again. Music is easier than you think it is!!

Again, the chord progressions and patterns of chords have impacted me greatly. Taking a little time to study (map out) the song (or style of song) before I start to play gets me "into" the song...it just "happens"!

When I received the piano system I was amazed with what came with the course. The books are well written and easy to follow. The DVD's cover everything and are very straightforward.

Within a few days, I was able to play a few songs. The lessons on chords helped me understand how a chord is built and I am able to apply the fundamentals to my guitar playing as well.

Well, I had never played the piano before except maybe for Chopsticks. Now I am able to follow along with some basic songs. I am the type of person who usually will not follow through with a course, I would quit somewhere in the middle. With your system, I haven't done this.

I am a visual person, I think this is how I was able to benefit so much from the DVDs. I now play everyday, even commit some stuff to memory. My goal: The Moonlight Sonata .

The thing I liked most about the Piano System is the simplicity, which allows you to start playing right away and reasonable portion of music theory. The exercises are in logical order to improve your playing technique.

I can now play on both hands after very few lessons. Nate's great influence on motivation to learn. I couldn't play at all, now I can read the notes and play. I can play simple melodies and have no problem with transferring melodies I've heard onto piano.

I like the ease in understanding the terms you used, I can listen to your instruction and see the placement of your fingers. I have had a few compliments already and I love it.

My highlight is the 12 steps, that alone gets me going on a foundation to excellence. Just learning the scales and making a sound that when people hear it, they are pleased motivates me.

I can proudly say "I play piano" and I see with this product I can go a long way, maybe even go back to school and get smart about this whole music thing. Thanks Nate, I owe you one!

This was exactly what I was looking for. I learned to play the organ 40 yrs. ago and wanted to learn the piano. The transition was so simple using this course. Much easier than taking lessons from a teacher. I love it! Since I could already read music and knew the chord system, it was a piece of cake. It was made for someone like me.

I can virtually sit down with any sheet music that has the chords on top and with a little patience and time I can learn to play it. I also play by ear so I can make any song sound like my own version.

Excellent piano system on DVDs. From beginner, intermediate to advanced, these DVDs cover everything I need to learn the piano. And, I am learning! I placed my laptop on my piano and follow the videos as I continue to learn.

I must say that all the lessons are my favorite because I can always go back and refresh my memory with the DVDs. This is an ongoing process and I haven't yet competed the DVDs. Each lesson is comprehensive

My piano playing has improved phenomenally with the detailed exercises provided in these DVDs. The play along DVDs make it fun to learn the piano.

Nate, I really like your instructional video's, you are a very good teacher. I think the highlighted keys above are great. I have learned all the scales, chords, and triads, using both hands. It's a great help for me. My favorite part is the highlighted keys, I have to rely on seeing each move as you teach.

I have found that knowing all the scales and chords and how to practice them properly have made me more confident in the way I am moving forward, I am a slow learner but I love the video's. Again I think you are a very good teacher.
